This selection is for new clients only who book during March and April with Angie or Tiffany. We strive to provide the best care for our clients and often with new clients this requires needing a little extra time to customize the massage to your needs. So we are giving 15 mins free to new clients through March and April.

New Clients - April & May Only

Therapeutic massage aims to improve physical health and well-being by addressing specific health conditions or musculoskeletal issues. It involves the manipulation of soft tissues, such as muscles, tendons, and fascia, using techniques designed to 
reduce pain, improve range of motion, alleviate muscle tension, increase circulation and accelerate healing through releasing trigger points, adhesions, and stretching. Various modalities including cupping, salt stones, warm bamboo may also be incorporated if appropriate. 
 
The goal with therapeutic massage is to address specific conditions that are impacting your daily life: Such as chronic pain, injuries, stress, and anxiety. 
The massage is tailored to the individual's needs and medical history. It can be used as a complementary therapy alongside other medical treatments or as a standalone intervention to improve overall health and well-being.
