Deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissues using firm pressure and purposeful techniques to address chronic tension, restricted movement, and persistent pain. 

With deep pressure techniques you may experience some tenderness during the session and mild soreness 24-48 hours afterwards, similar to post-workout soreness, as your body responds to the work. 

As with all of our massages, the addition of cupping, warm bamboo, salt stones, or CBD salve may be included at no additional charge.
