Massage therapy during pregnancy is safe and can help improve circulation, and reduce sore achy muscles and joints from postural changes during pregnancy. It is also beneficial for mother and baby to promote relaxation. We have multiple support bolsters, pillows and a fully adjustable massage table to accommodate your growing belly and whatever position is most comfortable for you at each phase of pregnancy. We can perform the massage with support bolsters for face down, sidelying, or the entire massage face up if you prefer. Your massage therapist will speak with you prior to the massage to understand what would make you feel most comfortable. Post-partum massage is greatly beneficial for the healing phase, sometimes referred to as 4th trimester, for mothers. Whether it's sore shoulders and neck from carrying baby or breastfeeding, to sore hips, pelvis, and abdomen from delivery, massage can help ease you through this phase of motherhood.
